This hotel is super centrally located, with easy access to all the sights. The staff was really friendly, especially david at the reception, who helped us out with everything. Our room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was actually pretty decent even tho it was simple. Loved that they had gluten-free options for breakfast, a nice touch! Definitely was like they cared about making our stay great.
The only bummer was that the wifi was kinda slow at times. The noise from the street was a little annoying, could have used some better soundproofing.

Overall the room is new-fashioned, high quality and includes a minibar, central heating, and an iron. They provide coffee, breads, cheese, milk, and yoghourt, that is good...

Everything was good, so were magnificent views of the Cathedral. Friendly service, though a few employees were not very helpful. The twin room was silent, exceptionally comfortable bed. Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Roman temple of Cordoba was great and unbeatable. The restaurant here was great with good value breakfast.

Comfortable and clean rooms.
Upon arrival, we faced an unacceptable issue with a clogged sink and had to be moved to another room. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to assist efficiently during this crisis. The shower head in the new room leaked, causing further frustration .

hotel is a marvel, it is located in the center of the historic center of Cordoba, so you can go anytime you need because it is close to everywhere. Apart from that, room was perfectly clean and beds were very comfortable, so rest is assured. As for the services provided by the hotel, we would like to highlight the wonderful free buffet they serve for breakfast; ideal to start the day with energy. Finally, I would not want to leave without highlighting a service that is not detailed in any reservation and, at least in our case, it means the difference between a good service and an excellent one. I am referring to the hotel staff. Just to say that they were very kind to solve all the doubts for us, like for example the parking issue, they have right behind the hotel, above all the amount of tourist information they gave us (preparation of tickets for shows, guided tours, etc. lot more than they gave us at the Cordoba tourist office, by the way is 50 m away from the hotel.

The hotel is located on a busy pedestrian street that overlooks the main attractions. Downstairs there is a cafe where you can have breakfast if you booked without breakfast. Nearby there is an underground car park (public) which is accessible from a parallel street. There is an exit to this parking lot right from the hotel. On the same parallel street there is a large supermarket which is most convenient to go to through the parking lot. The man who made us up at the reception desk advised us to pay for the parking for all days at once and get a card that allows you to enter and leave freely at least several times a day. We tried to explain it to the valet, but he did not understand English, and while we were explaining it to him, the same man from reception came (probably noticed that we do not come back for a long time) and helped us to arrange everything. I do not remember his name, but thank you very much - the man is not indifferent, it is always pleasant.
Bad soundproofing. Everything that was happening in the next room and on the street was heard, and the street is often a string of guilded schoolchildren accompanied by adults (see their history lessons on the street, or where else do they take them?).

Super central location makes it easy to explore everything. Reception staff knew the area well. Bath towels could have been larger.

Fabulous location. Very close to the main tourist attractions without being part of them, and 20 metres from bustling Plaza de las Tendillas which represents another Cordoba. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel is in the historic, central part of town. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for a budget minded person looking for a good, clean, centrally located tourist hotel.
Breakfast option is a coupon to be used at the cafe just outside of the hotel. Easier to just go and order what you want and pay for it separately.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay with our child! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants, and we discovered some amazing local tapas spots. A real highlight was the peaceful quiet of our room, unexpected given the bustling area.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available.

This is the second occasion we have stayed at this hotel and, for convenience, value and position, it would take a lot to beat it. Will certainly use it again next year.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The highlight was visiting the Grand Mosque and the Alcázar. The hotel is super close to everything. Miguel at reception was helpful, and the rooms were comfy with a solid shower. Don't miss out on the breakfast. It's really good!
Unfortunately, we experienced some cigarette smoke smell in our room even though it's a smoke-free hotel. It was noticeable during the daytime, a bit off-putting.

Clean and adequate room. Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. All staff very helpful. When Laura was at the front desk she made the day sparkle. What she lacked in knowledge of English language she made up with enthusiasm. Located in the old city and near the primary shopping area, this hotel is close to all the typical tourist sites. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the train station.
No WiFi and only one computer in the lobby that connects to the internet. This was the only inconvenience that should be corrected if business travelers are to be attracted.
